At The Body Shop, we don’t just sell beauty—we create change. Inspired by our fearless founder, Dame Anita Roddick, we believe that business should be a force for good. That means making sure your order gets to you with the same care and integrity that goes into every product we make.

Please note: We're Experiencing a High Volume of Orders and are so grateful for your support! You can expect your order to be picked and fulfilled within 1-3 business days.  Please know that our team is working hard to get your order out as quickly as possible!

We work with trusted, efficient shipping partners to bring your ethical beauty must-haves straight to your door as swiftly as possible.

• FREE Ground Shipping is available on all orders where the subtotal is over $65.*

• *The minimum subtotal of over $65 is calculated after all discounts have been applied and before tax (GST/HST/PST/QST) is calculated.

• *Excludes territories and any regions outside of the contiguous Canadian provinces.

• Orders under $65 a small shipping fee of $9.95 applies;

• Territories have a flat rate of $19.95.

• We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

International Shipping

Right now, our mission is focused on Canada—we’re not shipping internationally.

Good Things Take Time

We know you’re excited to receive your order, and we’ll do everything we can to get it to you as quickly as possible. While we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates—since carriers may experience delays—our team will work hard to process your order swiftly and hand it off to your chosen carrier. 

Like our fair-trade ingredients and ethical products, great things are worth the wait! While we aim to get your order to you quickly, please allow extra time during holidays or special promotions.  Any dates provided are estimates to help guide you. Thanks for your patience and support!"

What is the average transit time across Canada? In the GTA if your order is received before 1:00 PM EST it will ship the next business day and arrive with within 1 to 2 business days.  All other regions are estimated to arrive within 3 to 6 business day.

We want you to love what you order! Before you check out, take a moment to review your cart—you’ll see everything you’re getting, along with the total. Once your order is placed, we can’t make changes, if you need to cancel your order please contact us.
