How do I make changes to my order?
After you have placed your order, you have 30 minutes to edit or cancel your order from your order confirmation page, or your account orders page. Once 30 minutes have passed, the order is considered confirmed, and no further changes can be made.
If you have already received delivery and are not happy with the purchase you have made, please review our returns procedures.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged or looks tampered with?
If your order arrives and you notice that the box appears damaged, has a hole, or looks tampered with in any way, please check the contents immediately.
If any items are missing, damaged, or not in their original condition, please take clear photos of the outer box and the contents inside, then contact us right away at customerservice@thebodyshopcanada.ca.
Our Customer Support Team will review the details and photos to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I change my payment details once my order has been submitted?
No, unfortunately you are not able to amend your payment details once your order has been submitted. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please find more information in the ordering section of the FAQ or contact us.
