Proof of Delivery Policy
To ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience, we ask our customers to verify their orders upon delivery. Once a package is confirmed as delivered by our shipping partner, the responsibility for the package rests with the recipient.
We encourage customers to:

Report any missing or damaged items to us as soon as possible. 
Please note that if there is proof of delivery provided by the carrier, we cannot assume liability for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery. As such, we are unable to offer refunds for orders once proof of delivery has been confirmed.
