"Here is the thing. I love your products but the customer service was terrible. I was supposed to get an extra item free, but when I ordered it didn’t happen. I contacted your service department they said sorry yes I should have received but I needed to add to my cart. They said next time and wouldn’t update my order. Then they told me they cancelled my order. But I received it minus the item I was supposed to get from your promotion. So I like your product but I don’t like the way I was treated. So I will never order from you again. I work in customer service and this is not the way you treat people."
