Aqua/Water/Eau, Sodium Coco-Sulfate, Polyglyceryl-10 Laurate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Chloride, Dipropylene Glycol, Propanediol, Parfum/Fragrance, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Phenoxyethanol, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Olea Europaea Fruit Oil/Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Propylene Glycol, Lavandula Angustifolia Oil/Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Alcohol Denat.

How to use

1. Jump into the bath or shower.
2. Lather up with our relaxing cleanser.
3. Rinse.
4. Towel dry and moisturise with a dollop of Sleep Balmy Body Cream.
5. Follow with our Sleep Calming Pillow Mist and Sleep Essential Oil Blend before slipping between the sheets and getting some ZZZs.
