"We used to buy all of your soaps all the time for ourselves and gifts. Since you’ve changed the formula we don’t find them to be as flagrant. We bought quite a lot at a time and we never used to mind paying the extra cost because they were so good. Unfortunately we don’t buy them as much anymore. Would love if you went back to the old formula."

"I have always loved The Body Shop soaps- they had the truest fruit scent and brought joy to my shower and to the drawers I stashed them in. My latest purchase of satsuma and strawberry soap though is almost scentless (the little scent they have is not the same Body Shop scent) and I am so saddened by this change!"

"Yes, I am happy with the Satsuma Body Bar, the feel and scent of it! It has replaced the Green Apple Body Bar I used for years and have happy memories of. Whenever I am in your store I look around and inquire about Green Apple, but you don't revive it! I hope that it will come back when enoug people mention it."

"I love the body shop line of satsuma products in fact all the scents in that line, I ve been using them for many years and never tire of the scents and performance of the body wash, body butter and bar soap and sprays. The satsuma, grapefruit, and almond are all my favorite ones. The aromas are not overpowering and they are all excellent quality products."

"I bought 7 bars of my favourite Satsuma bar soap while on vacation in Calgary. Thankfully, there’s a store in the mall near to where my daughter lives because the Body Shop stores on the North Shore of Vancouver have all closed! And I find the shipping fee for online shopping is quite high!"
