"I'm so sorry that the new formula is no longer vegan. We used to buy tons of it, but since my daughter is vegan, we can't anymore. Such a shame. She used to get so excited going to the Body Shop and picking out different things, and trying seasonal stuff, but the Satsuma Body Butter was her absolute favourite. I know that the reviews of the new formula are good, but surely there could be a great formula out there without that one ingredient. This makes me sad."

"Original formula maybe? I used Satsuma Body Butter for years, it was my go to. I loved the scent, and what it did for my skin was amazing. Then they changed to formula. It was horrible. , so I stopped using it. The scent had changed, the texture of the butter changed, and it felt like you were putting plastic on your skin. It didn’t absorb, it just sat on your skin, no moisturizing properties at all. It seems like they have gone back to their original formula. It’s SO much better now. The scent doesn’t last as long as the original, but it’s much improved. A definite step in the right direction!!"
