"I love your products and am so glad that they are still available. Noting else compares; at least not for me. I mostly use the body butter. My favorite sent is a seasonal one called 'Cherries & Cheer'. If that sent comes out this winter, I intend to purchase enough for a year's supply. Pink Grapefruit is my favorite regular sent. I also use some of the makeup products, however I do not use makeup daily anymore (not since covid). My eyes are sensitive to makeup products so and am thankful for your products. Your staff is always friendly and willing to help and that makes the shopping experience at The Body Shop a wonderful experience: good products served with friendly and helpful staff. So to that point. , please know that the bottles roll around in the box which means sometime they arrive, leaking caps, broken, etc. Can you please use bubble wrap or some sort of environmentally, friendly material- most of my shower gel was lost"
