"I've been using the Ginger Shampoo for close to a decade, if not longer - it was the only shampoo that relieved my dry, itchy scalp during our Canadian winters. The current formula is a major disappointment. After washing with the shampoo, the hair dries with an oily residue that makes it look and feel dirty. At first, I thought it was the new banana mask formula (another flop), so I washed my hair with the shampoo alone, skipping any conditioner, and it still comes out with an oily residue (even after two washes). . I've now been washing with shampoo and no conditioner, while I find an alternative. It's sad because this was my absolute go-to, and I will genuinely miss it. Baffled by The Body Shop's decision to mess with their winning formula. I have no reason to shop here anymore, and I was a loyal customer for years."
