"Very disappointing experience. After just one application of the mask, I developed acne all over my face, so unfortunately it did not work for me at all. When I went to the store to return it, the staff member gave me a very uncomfortable look, which made me feel as though I was doing something wrong or trying to scam the store. I was simply trying to return a product that had caused a reaction, and I didn’t appreciate being treated that way. I was also confused about the exchange policy. I had purchased the item on sale, but when I exchanged it, I was charged the full price for the replacement. If sale items cannot be returned, I don’t understand why I had to pay the full price for an exchange. The policy and pricing should be explained much more clearly. Overall, I was disappointed with both the product and the customer service experience."

"If I could select zero stars I would. Very abrasive on the skin. Tried to strain out the big chunks of charcoal, which still left small, hard pieces of charcoal. Terrible for the skin. I would not recommend this product!"
