"Great product, horrible container! The container is so large that it is slippery and hard to manage when in the shower trying to open it, not get water inside or drop it. Would love a squeeze tube or something to better control the product! I had to decant it into a smaller jar just to be able to use it. That said I love the scrub itself - I had used a different salon brand scrub and found it irritating and this one is much nice to use and rinses out well."
"Good and helps my dry itchy scalp BUT it’s very hard to rinse out. The little exfoliating bits don’t really dissolve at all so if you have thick hair it can be super tedious to rinse it all out. Other than that though no complaints it makes my hair feel and look very healthy and clean."

"This is the best scrub for a dry itchy scalp. The shampoo is great, but every second time I use the scrub instead. It really soothes my soar skin without drying out my hair. Make sure you get it right against your skin. It really lathers up. Remember to use the ginger cream rinse to ensure there is no reaction with another product (although I always use the ginger on my scalp, I use the shea mask further down my hair for extra moisture). I really struggle with a soar, itchy, red, inflamed scalp and this product helps a great deal."
